Achiva Labs ("we," "us," "our") operates Web Studio, a service offering website design and development, admin dashboards, custom builds, and the "Generate Your Website" instant preview tool, available at this website. By using this website or any of our services, you agree to these Terms.
We offer two categories of service: (a) custom website and software development projects, scoped and priced individually per client, and (b) the "Generate Your Website" tool, an automated, AI-assisted preview generator available for a fee shown at the time of purchase. The generated preview is an illustrative demo intended to show what a finished website could look like — it is not a finished, hosted, or production-ready website unless separately purchased and delivered as part of a full project.
When you use the Generate Your Website tool, you submit photos, a business description, and optionally social media or business links. You confirm that you own or have the right to use any photos and content you submit, and that submitting them to us does not infringe anyone else's rights. We use your submissions only to generate your preview and, where relevant, to follow up with you about our services.
The fee for generating a preview is shown before you pay and is processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your card or payment details ourselves. Pricing for full development projects is quoted separately and agreed in writing before work begins.
The Generate Your Website tool uses AI to interpret your submitted photos and description and produce homepage content and design. While we aim for accuracy and relevance, AI-generated content may occasionally be imperfect, generic, or contain errors. You should review any generated content carefully before using it, and we recommend treating it as a starting point for discussion rather than a final, ready-to-publish deliverable.
You retain ownership of the photos and content you submit. The generated preview page is provided to you for your own review and reference. Achiva Labs retains all rights to its own tools, templates, code, and branding used to produce the preview. For full development projects, ownership of the final delivered website is governed by the individual project agreement.
Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that the Generate Your Website tool will produce a specific result, that it will be error-free, or that using it will lead to any particular business outcome. To the extent permitted by law, Achiva Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our website or tools.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
