About

The problem is the interesting part.

Achiva Labs is a small studio that builds websites and dashboards for teams too busy to deal with a slow one. We use AI-accelerated development to do in days what a typical agency does in months — without handing over something that breaks the moment you need to change it.

Why we exist

Most small businesses, schools and hospitals are stuck with one of two things: no website, or a website nobody on their team can touch without calling a developer and waiting. Small agencies feel the same pressure from the other side — more client demand than hands to build it.

Achiva Labs exists to close that gap: fast builds, real admin panels, and pricing that makes sense for a school or a clinic, not just an enterprise.

How we build

Every project starts with the same question: what's actually broken? From there, we design a site around your real content — not a generic template — and pair it with a Supabase-backed admin panel so your team owns the content going forward.

AI tools accelerate the build; judgment, design decisions, and testing stay firmly human. That combination is what lets a small studio deliver at agency quality, at small-business speed.

How we work
Day 1

Understand the problem

A short call or message thread to understand what's broken, who it affects, and what "done" looks like.

Day 2–5

Design & build

We build against your real content, share progress as we go, and take feedback directly on screenshots.

Day 6–7

Review & refine

You review the live build, we adjust based on your notes — colors, copy, layout, whatever needs it.

Launch

Live, with handover

Site goes live on your domain, your team gets admin access, and support continues if you need it.
