The Generate Your Website tool is an instant, automated digital service. Once payment is completed and a preview is successfully generated and shown to you, the fee is non-refundable, since the service has been delivered in full at that point.
If your payment is successfully deducted but a preview is not generated due to a technical error on our end, you are entitled to a full refund. Please contact us at hello@achivalabs.in with your payment reference (visible in your payment confirmation) within 7 days, and we will investigate and process a refund if the fault is on our side.
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider's processing time.
Cancellation and refund terms for custom website and development projects are agreed individually as part of each project's written agreement, since these involve scoped work, deposits, and milestones that vary by project.
