When you use the Generate Your Website tool or contact form, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email, phone number, business description, any photos you upload, and any Instagram, Facebook, or Google Business links you submit. We do not collect payment card details ourselves — those are handled directly by Razorpay.
We use this information to generate your website preview, to save your submission so you can be followed up with about our services, and to improve the quality of the tool over time. We do not sell your information to third parties.
To provide the service, some of your information is processed by third-party services we rely on: Anthropic (to analyze your photos and generate content), Pexels (to source relevant stock photography), Razorpay (to process payment), and Supabase (to securely store your submission and host our backend). Each of these providers processes data under their own privacy and security practices.
Your submitted information, including photos and generated pages, is stored securely in our database and is not publicly accessible. Access is limited to authorized Achiva Labs team members.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by emailing hello@achivalabs.in. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Our website uses minimal cookies, limited to what's needed for basic site functionality. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
Our services are intended for business owners and are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
